At Luxaara, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase/order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
